🔄 Return Policy – Volvox

At Volvox, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice)

If your return is approved:
- You will receive clear instructions on how and where to send your package
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item

In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Cosmetics and personal hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.

💸 Refunds

Once your package has arrived back at our facilities, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. Only after the returned item has been received and inspected will we proceed with the refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

⚖️ Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, using our withdrawal form or by writing to volvox.support@gmail.com. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
